Players often get the same kind of finishing. It is usually a ball passed across their body for a one touch shot. They rarely train finishing off the dribble. This exercise gives repetitions finishing off the dribble and one touch striking ball coming back to them. Two lines are placed beside each goal. The lines to the right of the goal (from the GK’s perspective) begin the exercise (both lines simultaneously) by dribbling at speed and finishing from outside the penalty box. The other two lines then play a ball out for the two strikers to finish a one time ball played back at them. All of the lines rotate to the right.
