Players play 6 v 6 with restrictions. The field is twice the size of the 18 with two goals and goalkeepers. Four players from each team must stay in their defensive halves and the remaining one (target) from each team must stay in the attacking half. The target has the responsibility to defend while the other team is in possession and lay off balls for strikes at goal from distance while his or her team is in possession. The target can only score out of the air or on a rebound. The other players swing the ball and use the target to create open chances to have a go at goal. The ball cannot stop moving or it is immediately given to the other team to attack.
