Very great stuff to think about when it comes to that formation. I particularly like the aspects of the attacking that he mentioned. Very good ideas. I have felt for the 4-3-3 to be effective that you must take chances with your outside backs in getting forward, not just to support the attack but at times to overlap the winger. It is hard for teams to defend when an outside back is overlapping in that system. Can we get articles similar to that for other systems of play>
