The setup for this exercise involves a 60 x 44 yd. field with a goal placed in the middle using coaching sticks or flags. The goalkeeper must mind both sides of the goal as it is double-sided and teams may score through either direction. Two teams of eight attempt to possess the ball and look for opportunities to have a shot on goal. A goal may not be scored inside of the center circle (or use cones to make a circle of 10 yd. radius from the center of the goal) except with the head or out of the air with a volley. Teams receive 3 points for a goal and 1 point for 7 consecutive passes (this will force the other team to not sit in and defend only near the goal).
