The second in our installment of technical warm ups is another simple exercise that is great for coerver moves repetition. Players dribble (start at a slower pace for warm up and then build up to dribbling at pace in later rounds) at a cone and use a coerver move (scissors, double scissors, inside-inside-outside, the v, the Cruyff, …etc.) to change directions and go at another cone in a zigzag pattern. Once the player has been through all of the cones, he or she plays a pass to the next player in line without a ball and performs a different warm up exercise without the ball (i.e. open and close the groin, skipping, light jog, whatever you want) until the player is back in line. We have built it in TactFoot below and hopefully it answers your questions.
