What I like most about this video is that it shows you how simplistic training activities can be at the national team level level. As long as it is “real to the game,” it is relevant for training even at the highest level in this country. You do not have to reinvent the wheel to become a top level coach. That being said, I do not want to discourage coaches from tailoring their training sessions to their team’s specific needs by inventing or modifying training exercises. I just want to make sure that it is applicable in terms of timing, pressure, space, and demand to what they would see in a proper match.

    Good Stuff Bro. The more we can train our keepers in a “Game Like” drill the better they get. At the younger age we just use them as shot stoppers. Thats why we are sooo far behind the rest of the world.
