Number 12 in our series of technical warm ups. You need three cones and two balls for every group of three players. The cones are put in an L-shape and the central player works for 45 seconds and then switch with an outside player. After all three players have gone, they start again with a new technique (one-touch pass with right, one-touch pass with left, volleys, chest then volley, headers,…etc.) Once you have completed all the sequences you want with two balls, remove one of the balls and change the activity. Now center player checks away, then checks back and receives ball across cone to play to other outside player (receives with outside of foot and play with inside, receive with inside of one foot and play with inside of other, receive and pull back to play to outside player,….etc.) You will see the two different variations that I mentioned in the video.
