Two teams of four players and two neutral players (4v4+2) keep possession in a grid and look to find one of their two additional teammates that are located in separate 3 x 3yd boxes in diagonal corners. When a player passes to a teammate in the box, the box player must take a touch out of the box in the opposite direction from where the ball came and join the team (explosive first touch that is out of their feet, yet under control). The player that passed to the box player, now becomes the box player. Teams get 2 points for a successful box interchange and 1 point for 7 passes (this is only to prevent defenders from camping out near the boxes).
